My teaching philosophy is grounded in the belief that nursing education is a continuous process that combines evidence-based knowledge, clinical competence, critical thinking, and compassionate patient care. As a nurse educator, I believe my role extends beyond delivering information; it includes inspiring lifelong learning, fostering professional growth, and preparing nurses to provide safe, ethical, and patient-centered care. I strive to create an inclusive, supportive learning environment where learners feel comfortable asking questions, reflecting on their experiences, and developing confidence in their clinical abilities.
